How to contain your pious drops as a teacher when it starts spilling and threatens to inundate the piece of paper at the moment you start wielding your pen to vent your ire and indignation because of being hurt ? Wait.....you are a teacher destined to wipe out other,s tears how you dare to do so ?Are you bent upon inviting ignominy on race of teachers who have proved that teachers are not mere weakling, they are packed with the crystal of sheer grit and gallantry? The problem in my case gets further compounded that i am a male teacher who is forbidden by societal norms to shed beads of tear. why again this gender discrimination in a world which boasts of spawning saga of social equity and justice ?where are custodians of human rights and why they are not undoing this injustice ?Medical experts and psychologists opine that welling up of tears if gets prolonged can wreak havoc on health and can cause serious psychic disorders. If its flow, that is similar to scalding of molten lava gets frigid ,because of being stifled, it may result into vortex of vituperative vengeance that again cannot be and should not be sterling attribute of being a teacher. Can a teacher take the risk of being vindictive after being fed and intoxicated with stupendous values of teaching ? Perhaps never as teaching ideologies are wedded with act of forgiveness where it firmly believes that students because of their transitional period of life that embraces vast and multiple psycho-physical changes are susceptible to freakish sets of behavior that is triggered by onslaught of sharp impulses ,difficult to be reigned in.What should i do know..... ? Where lies my remedy .....? I think it lies in act of endurance and maintenance of stoical silence instead of being livid and revengeful ; this process of austerity will itself induce the tears to get dried and will ease the burden of mind; that has been perpetually plagued by aghast agonies.
